Food safety training consultancy services

Food Hygiene First is a training centre registered with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).
We provide CIEH accredited training courses in food safety.
We run three courses:
The CIEH level 1 introduction course in food safety for beginners or for those working in low risk environments.

The CIEH level 2 foundation course in food safety for anyone who handles, prepares or serves food in the catering or food manufacturing industry.
​
The CIEH level 3 intermediate course in food safety for managers and supervisors responsible for managing the food safety management system.
​
Training of food handlers in food businesses is a legal requirement.
​
We also provide other consultancy services to help you meet all legislation & to improve food safety and health & safety within your business.
​
